The IOCC

The central hub where the airside day runs.

Our operations centre is the reason nothing on this page works in isolation — one line of sight across stand, crew, equipment, and passenger flow.

As an integral part of the Baggage System Operations Team, our IOC controllers oversee the entire network of conveyors, sorters, scanners and baggage sortation piers — the central hub where stakeholders and internal baggage agents connect.

Controllers manage system disruptions and equipment malfunctions while maintaining regular communication with all relevant parties involved in baggage operations.

  • Real-time oversight of the full baggage network
  • Central coordination between stakeholders and field agents
  • Management of system disruptions and equipment malfunctions
  • 24 / 7 dedicated communication with every relevant party
Operating principle

"One accountable team, one radio, every shift — that's the difference between a ground handler and a network of sub-contractors."
